Mr. Wyatt founded the Business Financial Network and BizFN.com in June of 1998.  Business Financial Network began with the goal of connecting publicly held companies with both current and prospective investors.  To do this, the Business Financial Network provides in-depth news stories and content on companies as well as the markets.  Business Financial Network also works with companies to provide online investor relations services that will connect the company with shareholders.  Mr. Wyatt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Business Financial Network and editor of the BizFN.com web site.  From time to time he writes articles or columns on the market.  Mr. Wyatt follows technology issues as well as small and micro-cap stocks for BizFN.com

Joseph Dancy

Joe Dancy is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University School of Law, an Instructor of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen's Environmental Site Assessor Certification Program, and an Attorney
with ENSERCH Corporation. He has been an instructor at Oklahoma State University and at Oklahoma City University School of Law, and has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a MBA from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Governor Bush has recently appointed Mr. Dancy to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission as a representative of the State of Texas.

Mr. Dancy's most recent publications include Ozone Non-Attainment Areas in Texas - Major Problems and Suggested Solutions published in the SMU Law Review (Spring 1994), and Oil and Gas Issues Involved in the Superfund Reauthorization published in St. Mary's Law Review (1995). Joe Duarte is president of River Willow Capital Management Inc., a conservative money management firm, which uses a "top down" approach for market analysis based on the interaction between interest rates, market sentiment, and cash flow combined with intermarket technical analysis. Mr. Heiber began trading options years ago and found immediate success.   He recently teamed up with Carry Crossman and Mike Vitas to form the Three Amigos.   The Three Amigos met in cyber-space on threads on the Silicon Investor web site where they kept bumping into each other.  The Three Amigos prefer small, fully-reporting companies.  The ideal investment has a minimum insider ownership of at least 10%, institutional ownership of at least 10% and is followed by at least one analyst, according to Mr. Heiber.  Mr. Heiber contributes his analysis of companies being followed by the Three amigos to the BizFN.com web site on a regular basis.
