The indicator is an indicator technical conceived after several working weeks and based on more than 5 years of experiment in technical analysis. This indicator is a mixture of several known indicators and as all the indicators it is not sufficed for itself. The leading indicators used in this calculation are the , the , and moving average 7,20,50.
For more facility, I made this indicator a note. Thus a share with a note of 100/100 will tell us that the share is to be bought, whereas a note with 0 tells us that the share goes up for a long time and that it is to better remain with the gap.
This tool is to be taken as one more or as a blow of projector towards the shares which are likely to strongly move in the days which follow their description.
This indicator give us signals to re-enter on a value to the purchase or the sale, but it will not be very useful for us to leave the value, indeed he is based on the trend reversals after strong movement, that is ideal to buy with low, but not to sell the position then to buy.
The closer the note is to 100 and the more the share with chances to rebound.
It is an indicator swing-trading, i.e. for investments of 1 week in nths. On the other hand one can very well set up this indicator for medium term (3 to nths) by analyzing the shares in weekly magazine.
There are two signals of purchase and two trading signals with this indicator, a signal during the change of direction of the note, for example if the note has gone up for several week, there will be a signal of purchase when the note goes down again. Then a second signal when it note grows its .
One will buy on a signal of purchase launched by the crossing of the note with his only if the note were above the 80/100 previous days.
One will be able (it is what the ? ) to play the fall on a trading signal launched by the crossing of the note with its only if the note were below the 20/100 previous days.
